The Archives of the Laboratory contain books, papers, correspondence, and photographs
relating to the scientific work, the scientists, the buildings, Laboratory history, and
the meetings and courses that have been held here, as well as historical Long Island
materials. The Archives supports the research of scholars from around the world. We
continue to collect materials relating to Dr. James Watson and other CSHL scientists,
Laboratory buildings, meetings, courses, events and news stories, and we acquire important
books in the history of genetics.
The Archives will also provide photographs for publications. Please contact Clare Bunce
