Graphical version of fingerprinted contigs

The figure below summarizes the BAC contigs built by Marco Marra and Muno Sekhon of Washington University. Following initial assembly of the BACs with the FPC software at high stringency, manual editing was performed to join contigs. The long bars represent each of the five A. thaliana chromosomes; numbered colored blocks each represent a different BAC contig.
