F6P23, from position 69346 to 74882 on the reverse strand, exhibits strong similarity to the soybean copia-like retrotransposon Tgmr and to a retrotransposon from pea.

The LTR cognates extend from position 69350 to 69520 and from 74708 to 74878. The two LTRs are 171 base pairs in length and have just 2 single-base mismatches. Short 4-bp duplicated target sites flank the LTRs. The target site sequence is TAAA and is positioned at 69346 to 69349 and at 74879 to 74882.
