Results of experiments conducted by John McPherson at
Washington University indicate that the marker nga8 resides on
BAC T10G4. Neighboring BAC T3H13 was previously found to
contain HY4. These data allow us to orient a contig of 17 BACs
relative to the centromere on the long arm of chromosome IV. This
contig was built using the fingerprint database available
at Washington University and is made up primarily of BACs
associated with YAC CIC11E12.
