T32N15 from positions 18372 to 26641 on the negative strand encodes a putative retrotransposon similar to the del retrotransposon of Henry's lily (X13886). The sequence from 20428 to 24996 is similar to the del multifunctional protein. Long direct repeats flank the del-like multifunctional protein in a manner similar to the LTRs of del. These 1.1 kb repeats in T32N15 are 96% identical to each other. The elements of this region and their corresponding positions on the BAC are listed below.
