CDS: The table below lists the 12 exons of T3F12.7, their coordinates within the BAC, and which exon-finding program(s) predicted the 5' or 3' terminus of that exon (GS = GenScan, Gr = Grail, M = MZEF). Exon 4 was selected on the basis of sequence homology. The intron between exons 11 and 12 is large, at 1871 nt, but exon 12 does encode sequence of good similarity to other plant sulfate transport proteins (see alignment below).
