Chromosome IV BACS

List of BACs covering the short arm of chromosome IV.

The following BACs have been selected for sequencing by the Cold Spring Harbor/Washington University/Applied Biosystems Consortium. For YACs CIC11A2, CIC9F6, CIC4A7, CIC8B1/CIC10C2, and CIC3F1 the BACs are listed to show the BAC tiling path from the telomeric end toward the centromere. This is best depicted by viewing the chromosome IV BAC tiling path map. When known, markers found on a BAC (either by hybridization or by sequence of the gene) are listed in the table with their cumulative distance from the telomere (in cM).
