The Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Plant Biology
and Genome Sequencing Groups are working with
collaborators at the Washington
University Genome Sequencing Center and Applied
Biosystems to understand the structure and function
of the Arabidopis genome by using genetic
approaches coupled to the high throughput sequencing
of genomic DNA and cDNA tags from selected libraries.
We are committed to making the genome sequence data
available to the community at the earliest possible
time.
