Since extending our sequence ready maps to nearly complete coverage of our assigned regions in March, we have been able to place many clones into production. On 9-10 April, our collaborators at Washington University submitted 4 finished BACs to GenBank. Since that time, several newly begun clones, as well as many older projects, have been finished and submitted. As of this writing, we have submitted over 2 Mb of finished sequence to GenBank since the time in early April when finished projects began to accumulate.
